We require 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your booking. Less than this will require 50% payment of your booking. And no shows charged 100% of the booking price.
Any Treatwell bookings will have their card automatically charged in line with the policies agreed to separately at time of booking.
After 5 minutes, we have right to refuse service. You will still be charged in full. We will strive to still accommodate you where possible, this may result in your service being altered or a reduced service.
We will not remove any other salons application of Lash Extensions or Nail Extension. Nor will we infill any other salons application of Lash Extension, Nail Extensions or BIAB.
When booking for Shellac & Gel Removal from another salon, this only includes soak off product only. If the product is not soak off, we will not be able to remove it and you will still be charged.
We will repair any issue within 1 week of your original treatment for nails & 72 hours for lashes free of charge.
We MUST be made aware of the issue as soon as it happens.
We only repair free of charge any issue that is down to product deficiency or therapist error.
Gift vouchers are valid until the date written on the card at time of purchase. They are non refundable, and are not available to be exchanged for any form of cash.
Referrals are unlimited. So long as your name is clearly displayed on the card presented by the refereed person for us to retain.
Those referred must be new clients, with a fully filled in ‘share the love’ card presented at the time of payment. Discount can only be used on your 1st treatment.
Discounts can not be used in conjunction with others.
There is no cash alternative. We reserve the right to change or withdraw the discount and/or it’s terms at any time.
For health & safety reasons children under 8 years of age cannot be admitted into the salon. Our Public Liability does not cover us to have anyone under this age on the premises.
Children over the age of 8 are welcome in the salon when they are having a ‘children’s’ treatment and are expected to behave appropriately while on the premises and be respectful to the surroundings and other clients. They must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the premises.
Well behaved dogs are welcome on the premises when appropriate. And when they can be supervised by their owners for the full treatment time.
They must remain on a leash at all times. And are not welcome in any treatment room.
We unfortunately cannot have any plus ones or additional guests attend your appointment, nor wait in reception while an appointment takes place. Please attend alone.
The only exception to this is where the additional person is a registered carer to the person attending the appointment.
